HelixIAM is **proprietary software** of KubeDNA B.V. Copyright 2026 KubeDNA B.V. All rights reserved.

## Commercial licence

Using HelixIAM requires a **commercial licence from KubeDNA B.V.** The licence covers the server, the admin console,
the Helm chart, the Terraform provider and the other release files, and sets out where and how you may run them.

## What licensed customers receive

- **Registry credentials** for the signed container images (`helix-iam-server` and `helix-dashboard`) and the OCI
  Helm chart.
- **The release files**: the Docker Compose file for a trial, the server jar for local development, and the
  Terraform provider.
- The documentation on this site, which describes each release.

## Third-party components

HelixIAM includes third-party open-source components (among them Spring, OpenSAML, BouncyCastle, the PostgreSQL
JDBC driver and the Redis client libraries). They remain under their own licences; the notices are delivered with
the release. Vendored fonts are not covered by the HelixIAM licence.
